Postage
 

Your Allo balm will be posted in a cardboard box and padded with recycled paper to protect the product.

Regular postage and handling is $12. Express postage and handling is $15. All packages will be tracked. Purchases over $110 will qualify for free postage.

There is an option of free delivery in the Adelaide Hills, within a 6km radius of Heathfield. If your address is outside the free delivery zone but you wish to collect it from a contact within it, please let me know via the online form under "Contact". I can then provide you with a promo code to use when checking out.

I will endeavour to send or deliver your package within 48 hours of purchase. Allo is made fresh, therefore occasionally postage and handling may be a day longer. If the package needs to be sent urgently, please make contact through the website and I’ll do my best to meet your needs.

Care will be taken to ensure Allo is packed and sent safely. Once it is in Australia Post's care however, I cannot be held liable for any damages or lost packages in transit.
